hey guys i was on here ounce before about 2 years ago and i have decised to go back on the atkins diet and i need some help how do i change my profile and put a pic up ??????

Welcome back to your ADBB family!!
To alter your profile you need to go to your control panel and edit the sections - click on the link 'User CP' to get to the control panel and make changes.
To add a picture to your signature you need to upload it from your computer to some website then copy/paste the url as an image by surrounding it with image tags [img] and [/img].
You can upload images to the ADBB Gallery - link at the top of the page - if you dont already have a picture on a website.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
