8 days on induction

I have a question, Are Pinto beans refried aloud during induction? 8th day on induction, so far 10 pounds lost.

Pinto beans are not on the acceptable foods list for induction. They would be added back during OWL on the legumes rung, if I am not mistaken. Congrats on the 8 days and 10 pounds!
