    Hello all!
I completed my cheat-free 14 day induction on Tuesday, and have decided to remain on Induction for a bit longer, I'm scared to move on. LOL
As my reward, I bought myself a new copy of DANDR on Ebay, should be here this week.
Just feeling a bit down this week, could really use some support if anyone has some time to look over my journal on AOL and leave some comments, I would really apprieciate it. I'm trying to get as many readers and subscribers as possible to keep me accountable.
To comment, you just need an AOL or AIM screenname, both are free to get.
Looking forward to perking up, LOL.

    Thanks to everyone.

YAY! Thank you so much! I just read what you wrote, I love comments! They really help me to stay focused knowing that people are expecting my entries and reading and commenting. I can use all the subscribers I can get! I added you to my AOL buddy list too if you ever want to chat
I think I may go ahead and go to rung1, but I may be staying there for a looooooong time , LOL. Waiting for my new DANDR to come in the mail so I can refresh myself on how to do the rungs, it's so confusing!

            Re: Needing support

It IS confusing, and as I've been moving up the rungs and adding more carbs, it's hard to balance out those percentages. But then again, I never really did like math.

I actually lost MORE weight during OWL than I did during induction...and I was a person who thought staying on induction for 8265 days would help me out. I lost about 20lb. doing induction/extended induction, and I've lost somewhere between 35-40lb. on OWL. AND I've introduced so much more food, so I'm never bored with what I'm eating. It just gives you a lot more freedom with what you can eat, and it gives you the opportunity to find out what upsets your body. I just found out like, 2 weeks ago, that CUCUMBERS (of all things!) really make me feel gross. And here I was, eating these damn cukes thinking they were good for me. So, it's that kind of stuff that's the best part of OWL--finding out what is good and NOT so good for your body.

And hey, since I'm lazy, you should start a journal here. Seriously, you'll be getting TONS of advice and comments if you started one on ADBB!!

I think I'm going to give the veggie rung a try for now. I am interested just scared! I thought about journaling here, but I just really prefer the other layout, so I know I wouldn't stick to journaling here, I would dread it . So I figure since journaling is a new thing for me anyways I'd better stick to doing it where I feel most comfortable, and just cross my fingers that you will all be supportive enough to still visit and comment there!

                  Re: Needing support

How about copying and pasting your entries to your AOL journal to one here? That way you'd get way more comments from readers of this board. Just a thought.

                  Awesome reward, btw!

                    Re: Needing support

That sounds like a good idea, tho I'm not entirely sure about how to do a journal here, looks confusing, I don't quite see what seperates journal entries from replys and messages? Looks very jumbled to me. I love the way the AOL journal keeps a tab of entries and comments for each entry. I have a terrible habit of not sticking with things that are confusing and not laid out very clearly to me, and the way I've been lately I feel like trying it now could put me over the edge ! LOL
Hopefully for the moment people will love me enough to read and comment for me there LOL!
