I think you need to be patient. Perhaps this isn't your first diet? Maybe it will take some time for your body to adjust to this new way of eating. Just don't give up. It will come off. I stalled at losing weight durring induction. I lost 18 lbs in the first week and a half and then nothing. I haven't stept on the scale for two weeks and I know when I step on it tomorrow, i'll be pleasantly surprised. I know I have lost weight because my clothes feel different, people ask me if I have changed something recently and I think I look better too. I'm not saying this to brag, but just to prompt you to ask yourself some questions.

Do you feel healthier? More alert? Are your clothes looser? And what about those who are close to you, do they see a difference?

Just keep it up, any little changes right now will be big changes soon!

after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

I think 15lbs is fantastic. In the UK 14lbs is a stone which always sounds alot over here!
