Hello all....Im on day 16 and am not really losing the weight. I have lost 4 lbs. I know, I know. This is better than nothing. I do have a question though. I eat 3 eggs every morning. Could it be that eating the eggs is causing me intake too many calories and that is why I am not losing the weight. Just trying to figure out what Im doing wrong. I eat 3 cups of veggies a day. I only eat my 4 ounces of cheese. I do eat mayo almost everyday. I have a mixture of mayo and sour cream on my salads. But I only have about 2 table spoons of the mixture. Could ANY of this be the reason I am not really losing. Thanks for listening.

There are lots of reasons the scale may not be moving. It does not sound like calories are your problem. First I would list a whole day of food on the "review my menu" forum. Are you drinking enough water and have you measured. Sometimes we lose inches before pounds. Stick with us and we will get you thru this~Lauren~
