  • Day 17

I am doing extended induction. I haven't lost any weight since last week. I feel a bit frustrated, but not in large amounts. Although I have onlyh lost 6 lbs, and seem to be losing slowly, I feel better, and never feel overly stuffed. How I feel is more important than the scale right now!
Re re starting this time for good with the support of my husband. He is doing this with me.

    Jan 25th Start Weight 228.6
    Feb 25th 221.6

    Slowly but surely

    hi,

I will go several weeks without loosing anything then for no reason loose a couple of pounds, so just keep doing it and don't get discouraged.

Sorry to hear ur news. Are you exercising and keeping up with ur 2 litres of water? Maybe increase it to 3 litres a day? Apparently the more water we drink, the less our body holds on to it, thus weighing less!

Weight loss can go in ups and downs. Don't get stressed over the scale... it can be a beast. I'd measure and go by the inches... much more "honest"!
A week without losing is very little... and it can often happen after induction. It's great that you are feeling good eating low carb.
Hang in there and the loss will start up again, I'm sure.
