I started this journey on the 1st day of January and I have lost a total of 17 lbs. I weighed today and it seems like I am stuck. I still have been eating just eggs, meat, and cheese. I dont have the cravings for any of the bread, pasta, rice, or potatoes. I was just wondering has anyone else stalled after the first three weeks and if you did will it start coming off again?
