Well, when I have chicken breats, I tend to cut them up, fry them in butter, than add some salsa and some cheese. Makes a great fat meal and is totally legal. If I havent had my salad, I have it with it. Hope that offers some ideas.

Nothing exciting for me. Green salad with blue cheese. Grilled chicken breast with hot sauce. I'm working late and meeting my girl friend at the gym after work so I need something easy. I precooked chicken breasts this weekend.

I have some turkey breast tenderloins that Im probably going to use up tonight. Season the heck out of it with some Penzeys of some sort, saute it quickly and probably toss into a wrap (im on legumes rung). Green beans sound good, and bacon ALWAYS sounds good LOL. Im going to be making that as well. (thank you for the idea!)

Ground meat I usually use in making taco salad/lettuce wraps. Chicken, I love to dredge it in parmesan cheese and fry it. yum!

Nothing exciting here either. We will be having bunless burgers. One thing we like to do is create a condiment buffet and put a dab of 1 carb ketchup, couple kinds of mustard, mayo, salsa, hot sauce, pepperoncinis (sp?), bacon bits and blue cheese on the plate. With each bite we change toppings and it's a little more fun.
