    three days till the weigh in....urgh.
    I'm really happy with myself...I've had couple of detours off the atkins road, but nothing to drastic..I mean I didn't kill a chocolate cake by myself or anything.
    I feel like I've lost some weight...not a huge amount...I'm hoping (praying) for 3 lbs a week - so a total of 18 pounds and I'll be very happy....
    I'm also not losing inches like I thought I would. I'm stressing the weigh in....don't know why...I just need lots of well wishes....I think I'll make a whoosie pie thursday night so Friday at 8:30 standing on the Dr.'s scale there is good news.






    Ultimate Goal to LOSE 183 lbs

    Hi Thumper1616,

    I can be very nervewracking eyeballing the scale - but if you stay on track as much as possible and get right back on the wagon after skip-ups then you should see some progress I've had more cheats and slip ups than most I think but I am always back to it at the earliest opportunity which is the main thing.

    If you don't get the numbers you want come one here and tell us all about it, maybe post a menu or ask why. But it might just be that you don't lose as fast as some people. But you'll get where you are aiming for eventually.

      For me I can always tell loss just by the way my clothes fit differently during induction. My clothes are always the biggest predictor of losing weight! As long as the water intake is good when you slip, and you get back on right away.....I usually run allittle harder to try to get my body back into ketosis, after I eat something that I am not sure if it put me out........from eating out, or if there is a chance I may have gone over in carbs that day.
