  • get up and go....

    so I was kind of depressed about not making my mini goal on Friday, so I went ahead and had the brownie...and some of the leftover chocolate kisses....
    (don't have access to internet during the weekend cuz I am sure hearing everyone's positive feedback would have helped me fight the urge) anyway...fighting the induction flu again...man I feel like pooopie!!! Started walking again last night ...every bone in my body ached when I got home, but tomorrow I am going to join a gym and try to go 5x a week.
    Anyway...I'll probably start a journal soon..to keep myself on track!

    hey! congrats on you 14 lbs!
    i have lost about the same as well... and i just haev to say it gets easier as i go! i have cheated one time when i first started, like yourself...and i felt just as icky...so now everytime i'm tempted i remeber how gross i felt physically when i had to restart and how guilty i felt, and it's enough to stop myself! and the temptation runs high in my house at times, because my boyfriend eats junk (candy, ice cream, etc) like crazy.....yet he is totally skinny and it makes me want to kick him, lol! jk

      No access to the net on weekends? That blows!! How about a text message, Seriously I would be happy to text you for support!! Cuz lord knows I need it too. Besides it could keep our hands busy..lol

        Hang in there Thumper! Just get right back on track and don't look back, unless to learn from whatever it was that caused you to cave. Try to have a plan to avoid falling the same way again.

        The gym is a great idea!
