I just finished week 3 on Induction. I lost a little more than 4 pounds this week. I am down 12.8 pounds since February 1st. One week I had a 2oz gain (Atkins bars are evil!!!)
I put my stats in my sig
Soooo, should I keep going with Induction or should I move up. I REALLY want to get out of these 300's (my first goal), but I have heard not moving up can stop weight loss. Thanks so much everyone. I'm so glad I found these boards and all of you
