    Thanks for the card! I did something like this when I first started, only it was in my crummy handwriting which I couldn't read once I got to the store. :P

    Anyone who's having trouble printing... you can easily use Microsoft Paint to open it and print it. Save it to your hard drive (I usually save stuff to the Desktop), then open Paint (under Accessories; or under "Start" go to the "Run" button and type "paint" in the box... or it could be "pbrush" if you have an old Windows), then print. Or just copying it to a Word document is fine... just print it from there. Oooor, you can probably just right-click on the picture and click Print, if you have that option.

          All you have to do to print this card is to right click on it and select "Print"

            only thing i noticed on it, is the 2 - 3 ounces of cheese, when book says 3 - 4 ounces of cheese.

              Hey Tammy thank you so much for this handy little dingy!

              I'm back since a long time not visiting this bulletin. But also my attitude doing Atkins was not all that good anymore. Result? yep! I've gained.

              After almost two weeks on the Dutch forum I have come back here. I love this place! Everybody is all so helpfull and the pictures you girls add in your signature! Absolutely great results and so inspiring for others.

              This is my second week 'induction by the rules' and I will keep coming back here for your support!

                  There was a mistake made on the cheese serving and I fixed it!! Sorry about that. It previously said 2-3 servings a day and now it says 3-4...

                          Thanks for putting this together, I just printed it and taped it to my log book.
                          40 year old male 6' 3"

                          What I know:
                          1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                          2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                          3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                          4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                            i tried to print thisout and it looked awful. it was so blurry... did i just print it at the wrong size?
