I posted here last week - "Gaining". Well I am in week 3 currently and at the end of my first 14 days I lost 6 pounds (which I am happy with) BUT I lost a total of 13 inches (34 cm's) which is made up of a loss on ALL the areas I have measured before I started Atkins.
I just wanted you guys toknow - we complain about not loosing a pound a day ???!!!!!, but I "only" lost 6 pounds, but the inches is what counts - It is because of the inches I lost that I can already after as little as 14 days wear pants to work today that I could not even get close to closing the zip (not even lying down) a couple of weeks ago.
Atkins really works and EXERCISE (I do Tae bo for 1 hour about 5 out of the 7 days) - I focus on the exercise & use Atkins to feed my strength for the workouts.
So - irrespective of the pounds lost - FOCUS on those inches girls / guys ..... that is what will get you into that smaller size clothing.
