so i'm on week 4 i've not lost anything AFTER induction "3 weeks". GRANTED i have lost 12 pounds all of which were induction first "2 weeks". I HAVE added 5 carbs now getting 20-25 a day. How long should a stall last? any suggestion 4 a pick up to get on with losing? my clothes are a TAD looser but not all that much. During induction I FELT smaller in the mornings i could feel i was losing I don't feel that anymore i feel like i'm over eating i'm only getting 1200-1500 calories. Will it pick back up? seems to me over a week no lose feels like a long time "is it common". I've read the stickies. I just wanted some input on the avarage time of a stall.
