All of week 3-4 for me i was crazy worried about my STALL . I'm happy to report I cut out my ONE CAFFINE free diet soda it's now week 5 i've lost 3 pound since cutting the soda and adding more water. I'm drinking nearly a gallon and a half a day and walking everyday 35-50 mins. In total i've lost 15 pounds in about 4.5 weeks.
