  • I messed up "on accident"

I made a counting error and went nearly double over my carbs. I made "pre packaged hot chicken wings" I read the package no sugar 5 carbs per 9 pieces. I THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY. The next day i re-read the package it is NOT 9 pieces that was a serving IT WAS 9 SERVINGS per package a serving is only 2 PIECES!. Besides that it had modified corn starch in it too. I cheated completly by reading mistake. I had already had 17 carbs when i ate the chicken i try to stay between 20-25 carbs. So it was like 20 carbs 4 only that darn chicken ughhhhh. That whole day i was super hungry too i should have relized something was wrong. I am wondering do i just go on with staying under 25 carbs is there anything i should do "like restart a strict induction"?. BTW I know it set me back the last 3 days i've even felt heavier "may only be in my head thou". I AM SO ANNOYED.

    Jengeesh - these things happen

Just carry on with your induction eating of up to 20 carbs, most from your vegetables.

I bet you wont misread your labels again after this accident, so some good will come from it.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Whoops!!! Im sorry about that. That has happened to me before. I started making my own prepackaged wings. I love them so much that I wanted to eat them when ever I wanted but I dont trust those packaged ones from the store. I just cook them and bag them and freeze them.
