    There's your answer most likely:
    a) cut all alcohol, until that rung in OWL
    b) try cutting out the atkins bars. I find them evil IMHO

      Hey Thanks,

      I have cut out all alcohol as of Monday I guess I need to get away with the bars.... What do you mean when you say they are evil? What else is there I might need to look at?

        Everyone I have talked to says that the atkins bars are not good for induction. if you look at the ingredients, it contains all sorts of things we aren't supposed to have. So I would cut that out. Make sure you're getting all your water too, that is so important.

            You said it sista! This is my main focus right now and it's soo hard!! I'll do good, then eat too much. Do good again and the eat too much. If I could just eat til I'm satisfied EVERY time I'm sure I'd be 150!! lol (or at least I keep telling myself that)

            Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
            Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

            so:
            Restart Progress:
            12/28/09 ~ 235.1
            01/04/10 ~ 229.0
            01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
            (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
            01/18/10 ~ 227.4
            01/5/10 ~ 226.8
            02/01/10 ~ 222.6

              Step away from the scale!!!
              Everybody is different, give your body a few weeks to adjust. Try not focusing only on weight loss but also on over all health - the weight loss will follow, I promise!! Don't give up!!

                Does anyone know if you can eat beef jerkey? I've got some from slim jim its got 80 cal 2 fat grams and 1 carb per serving. It's the kind in the bag and they are in like pieces.

                  oh no I just read the label and it has dextrose and corn syrup and wheat protiens does that mean it's a NO?
