First off...this is my second induction, be it not a clean one. But my weight loss has continued. I had wine last night (2 -4 oz glasses of red) and lost another pound. The weight is melting off...would it be ok to continue with my 1 glass of red a night? I feel like I'm cheating but I live in wine country.

Re: I have a couple of questions...
I guess you have to ask yourself which is more important? Following the plan and losing weight and getting to goal, or having wine?~Joy

Re: I have a couple of questions...
Hi At Home, I had the same dilema living in Sonoma, Ca. I LOVE wine. I did the first 5 weeks clean with no wine, but then I snuck a glass in here and there. I know my weight losss slowed down because of it. I stopped and the weight started coming off again. But now I drink wine on a regular basis, usually 2-3 times a week. But for me its a trade off. I know I could lose faster if I got rid of it completely. But it is something that I enjoy, it is part of life here for me. I have friends that are winemakers and vineyard owners and wine is everywhere. You will have to decide a balance in your life and what your goals are and how you want to go about achieving them. Good luck, and CHEERS!

Sometimes weightloss after drinking alcohol is the result of dehydration!Originally posted by At Home in EuropeI had wine last night (2 -4 oz glasses of red) and lost another pound.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
