4th week of induction

I'm so excited and just had to share.
Today was weight in day after my 4th week of induction and I've gotten rid of 16.6 pds FOREVER and 19.75 inches!!!
WOW...
I'll be moving to OWL when I've gotten rid of 20 pds.

One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.
