  • I'm losing now

Hi, just wanted to let you know that I'm still on Atkin's even though I wasn't losing as fast as I wanted. Well, it's been a little over a month and I'm seeing some results and so is my husband. The scales haven't moved much, but my clothes are fitting so much better. I'm throwing away my scale by the way.
I'm staying on induction for awhile cause I don't want to quit losing and it seems that my resistance to weight loss is going to keep me there for awhile. I just wanted to encourage those that aren't losing as fast as they want. Stick with it, that was the advice given to me, and I want to pass it on. Thanks you all for your support.

Great news that you're losing kacowan! So pleased to hear that. The fit of your clothes is the truthful measure... far more than whatever the scale might say.
Thanks for the update, and for the encouragement to those who are worried about seemingly not losing.

This is my millionth time trying. This time, I told myself, that I would stick with it and move up the rungs as suggested in the book.

Thats great news, I use to go by the scale too but then i told myself is it the numbers that matter or how my clothes fit. I want to look good not have a good number.. Scales are evil.
