I went to two Subways today to get a LC Atkins friendly wrap and both had tortilla wraps instead. The second store said that Subway made a decision to move away from the Atkins diet.

Guess I'll have to look for another place that has Atkins menu items for lunch.

Yes i heard this as well. However that was probably good for your induction as those wraps are not induction legal (they were made with soy), so you should not have had one.


There are alot of atkins legal foods at many restaurants even if they don't calle them 'atkins friendly' including subway. THey do make salads which you could have had. Other restaurants usually have meats, salads, chicken wings, burgers you can have w/o the bun etc.

Yes, I have done the salads and cheeseburgers w/o the bun but the wraps were at least something different.
