    Multi-Vitamin/Calcium Supplement?

Does anyone have the name of a good vitamin & calcium supplement?
I know atkins recommends taking one, but I dont want to take anything to slow me down, or hinder the process.
But, being a women I know how important calcium is too.

Im going to post this at the new health board too.

Any input, or where to look for information would be apprechiated.

    Takecare!

I just take the centrum silver (because of no iron) and on top of that extra potasium, a calcium/magnesium/zink and extra vitamin C, never noticed it would keep me from losing or anything.
