last day at induction....

okay okay....i am at 4 weeks now..i posted my results in the wrong forum, so hopefully someone will move them here....

this is my last day on induction, and i am going to move ahead to OWL.....i hope i can find a happy medium and continue to eat well and not feel overwhelmed by having to begin to make my own decisions.....

thanks julie.....after thinking about it all, this is the best step for me...

I'm glad you are moving into OWL. It just starts with veggies anyway, so enjoy them. How about joining the board Veggie challenge that starts on 4/23??? Cmon, it'll be fun!
