    Oh my...

I finely joined fitday.com after seeing so many people say DO IT... And OH BOY I was doing it wrong big time. To actually see what you eat and how it adds up keeps you honest. Im so glad I took the time to join and see it for myself. No wonder Ive not lost in over a week..

My problem is Im really busy and dont have the time to sit and figure out how much I need to eat of this or that.. How do you guys do it when your so busy? I wish I had some one just tell me what to eat and when.

Do you have a scale? If not, do you think you could get one? I can't live without mine. My guesses were way off. lol.

Even when I have salad out I'm still unsure.

          I know what you mean.

I've been doing FitDay for about a week now, and once I saw how much I was actually eating, I was able to see what I needed to eat and what I didn't need to eat. Cheese was most likely the culprit.

Keeping up with FitDay has helped me break the stall I was in.

I'm new at this, too, and I was amazed at how much fitday helps me! I definitely would have been underestimating my carb intake. I wish this tool had been available 10 years ago!
