I have a question. I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but here goes. I've really started kicking butt in the exercise department. But my weight is creaping up!! Eventho I feel alot lighter. I could cry actually at this point, I steeped on the scale and it said I was 10lbs heavier. What do I do? Anyone had this horror happen?








Also, if I weigh myself while I'm still sore, I keep in mind that being sore pretty much means that my muscles are retaining water.
Just to see a visual difference.
