I have been on Atkins now for 23 days and have lost 20 pds!! Am really happy with my progress. I haven't cheated once, but find I'm craving something sweet! Would it be induction friendly If I took a tbsp of crm cheese and mixed in half a pack of Splenda? I think it would be, but want to make sure!

Re: Extended Induction Friendly?
Congratulations on your weight loss success! And yay for not cheating--that's a big feat right there.
It's just fine to mix splenda and cream cheese--just make sure to count the cream cheese in your cheese allowance and your splenda in the sweetener allowance.Juli

MamaCher,
Have you tried (I see your on rung 1) mixing a cup of pure pumpkin, 2 oz of cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon or allspice or pumpkin pie spice and a packet or 2 of splenda.....
only 5 - 6 net carbs!! Woo Hoo.....
That'll do ya.....like pudding almost!
