One month to the day, and 30 LB's gone. Been in a stall since induction , and looks like i just broke free from the stall the last day or so.

                Great work
Are you going to move on to OWL now?
Many members post that the move seems to kickstart their weightloss.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: One month to the day

I know it can get frustrating if you stall, just remember its a life change...so you have plenty of time to lose the weight..Good Lord Willing. I get ahead of myself and try to rush the atkins process...and my DH has to be my voice of reason. It helps he is doing this with me...along with a few family members.

Congrats on the huge weight loss! Did you drop any sizes yet?
