You'll have to check the nutritional information on the back of the pack...I have a pack of Extra Spearmint gum here that says 1g per stick and that 1g is Sugar Alcohols...if you can handle sugar alcohols without it hindering weight loss you'd only need to count it as one of your daily allowable artifical sweetners.
