Well my two weeks of induction are up and I've lost 9.2 lbs!
Have just started exercising as well cos now I'm motivated to do more and get more weight off. Did a cardio yoga session this morning which stopped my back from aching (TOM
).
Also when I weighed myself this morning the scales stayed the same even though it is TOM and I don't feel as bloated as I usually do in fact yesterday I felt quite skinny!
I am having a craving though - for water! Can't get enough of the stuff!
So anyway, I've decided to stay on induction for a while longer to see what I can achieve with more exercise added in and my new love for H20.
