  • I can do this!

    Well my two weeks of induction are up and I've lost 9.2 lbs!
    Have just started exercising as well cos now I'm motivated to do more and get more weight off. Did a cardio yoga session this morning which stopped my back from aching (TOM ).

    Also when I weighed myself this morning the scales stayed the same even though it is TOM and I don't feel as bloated as I usually do in fact yesterday I felt quite skinny!

    I am having a craving though - for water! Can't get enough of the stuff!

    So anyway, I've decided to stay on induction for a while longer to see what I can achieve with more exercise added in and my new love for H20.

    Well done you!!

    I'd suggest you hit the rungs of OWL rather quickly though, you need to get through there and see what foods you can eat without gaining weight!

      That's great! congrats on the 9lbs. Isn't it great when all you want is water?? I'm the same way!

        Congrats Bex. I second that suggestion regarding owl. Starting week 4 today on atkins and week 1 on owl. And as for my water cravings! I certainly don't have a problem getting in enough H20!
