    Still Here!!!! =)

    Boy, life gets crazy.... I haven't posted in a while but I'm still going strong in induction. I've found the induction style eating to be VERY agreeable to my lifestyle. At one month ( and a few days) in induction I have lost 19 lbs.!!!!! I'm down to 196!! and I'm wearing size 34 jeans!!!!!! ( well....34's in SOME brands...but great lookin' 36's in a few others 2 MORE Inches off my waist to go ( or three....). So do you guys and gals think I should move to OWL now? I 've been thinking about it?

    First mini-gaol is 195.....ONE POUND TO GO!!!!!!!

      Thats up to you shawn, theres no harm in at least going on to the veggie rung - some people even find their weightloss speeds up!

        Shawn, great results so far. I started OWL last week and lost 3lbs. It seems to be working for me. Give it a go. I think it will help us maintain this woe rather than get bored with just induction foods. Good luck!
