    Re: stall?????

It's very common to have a "pause" after induction. Don't worry. If you stick with it, the weight WILL come off! Also, just FYI, a stall is technically defined as no weight or inch loss for 4 weeks.

    You're doing just fine!

Also many people experience a weightloss hesitation after a week or so of losses. I think the body takes time to redistribute and get used to the lower weight.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I'd ditto what Elizellen and Laurie said. Hang in there... you'll probably see results again quite soon.
If not, and for your peace of mind, you could try posting a few menus in the "Review my Menu" forum. Very often it's just something small that's causing the pause in weight loss.

Another piece of info that will help others advise you is to add some statistics to your signature
Like gender, starting weight/current weight/goal weight, height and what stage of Atkins you are on. This allows people to make any suggestions more relevant to your situation.

To add this you need to click on the link at the top of every page called 'User CP' to take you to your control panel.
Then select 'edit signature' and add the info then click on 'save signature' and the info will appear on all your posts.

From someone that loses...gains and loses.. Keep hanging in there.. When you are going through a slow time remember how much better you feel and how much is off... And then the scale will show it again

              Re: stall?????

I have been stuck on the same 12lbs lost since the end of week 2! week 5 now! but I am sure I have lost some inches as everyone keeps telling me that I have lost weight! and I know that my jeans are slipping as I have to use a belt now! Just wish I had taken those important measurements from day one! - still don't own a tape measure!

Just hang in there, as long as you are sticking to the rules it will work! (wow how was that for confidence - I have never done this WOE before!

The other thing is - are you doing any exercise? - This is essential!!
