Aha, maybe that is why I don't feel that energy that you are supposed to? I mean, I'm definitely not as bad as I was, needing a nap every day while carb bingeing but I am not bouncing off the walls either....I will have to break down and find some vitamins I guess. I've never been very good at taking them.
My energy has come up since I started OWL though, I stayed on Induction the first time for weeks and weeks and got bored and frustrated. I am not bored at ALL this time and actually have too many foods on my list to try now LOL! OWL ROCKS!
