I'm pretty happy with the 13 lbs lost so far and hope to hit another 10 lbs over the next 2 weeks. I'm going to start getting up and doing a mile every morning just to try to build my lungs back. You know you're out of shape when you have to take a few extra deep breaths walking up a flight of stairs. I hope it's more of a sign of being out of shape more than my age(I turn 33 next month).
My first goal is to do a minimum of 40 miles/week between my morning jog, walking at work, and evening walks with the family. I'll build up a 5 mile increase each week so I can get back to a running routine as I remember the days in college when I was 45lbs lighter than I am now and running 3 miles every day. I've kept my size 32 pants all these years and I sure as **** intend to get back in them one of these days.
