Hello to all:
I've been on Atkins for 4 weeks and haven't lost a pound, my clothes seem looser and so does my shoes, but I haven't seen any pounds moving away. My friends say that's normal, but on friend lost 8 lbs already and she's been on for 3 weeks. I'm eating eggs, bacon, cheese or sometimes a Atkins shake for breakfast. Lots of water over 16 glasses a day (I love water). Lunch and dinner it's burgers, steak, sometimes cheese, water, sometimes salads, chicken. I don't what I'm doing wrong or is this normal for my body? My husband tells me to keep at it, I will lose the weight soon. But, I feel at a lost. What should I do??
