While I've lost 14 lbs in 2.5 weeks, I don't know if I'll be able to do it much longer. My energy levels have been VERY low and I just don't know that I'm wanting to endure through this the entire time I'm dieting. I'm 4 days into my extended induction right now.
I've gotten up at 4:30am starting this week to run a mile in addition to logging 5+ more miles a day walking. I've already improved my time from 10:40 on Monday to 9:58 today(Thursday). I've felt better throughout the day after running, but I seriously am ready for bed when I get home from work at 3:30.
I didn't have this problem with another major diet plan out there where I lost just as successfully in the past. Any suggestions as to why I should continue on Atkins and not go back to this other diet so I can get my energy back?
