    Well, I am new here. But, I seen this forum and thought I would post a hello in here being that I plan on doing an extended induction because I have so much weight to lose! I would appreciate any advice you guys have, I posted my first post in the introduce yourself forume telling about my story if you would like to know more

    Hi Mrs Pink!!

    Just because you have a lot to lose doesnt mean you should stay on extended induction, maybe a couple of weeks but after that i'd at least pop up to the first rung on the OWL ladder, adding more veggies back in to your diet boosts lots of peoples weightlosses!
