Ok it's been 3 weeks on the Extended Induction and I've only lost 1.5 lbs this week. Doesn't make much sense because I cut out the Atkins bar that I was eating for breakfast before I found out that this is not recommended. I also worked out 3 times this week on the Elliptical for 30 mins and 1.5 hrs of tennis (singles) Saturday morning. I feel thinner...my husband noticed...so I guess that's good. I'm not giving up but I'd just like to see it move a little faster this week.
I have been drinking diet pepsi's and crystal light. Is this not recommended? I'm also drinking lots of water. Any suggestions would be great.
