I was wondering where everyone reached a long sticking point along their journey. I was wondering because Im sure one point or another I am going to hit one and dont want to be caught totally off guard. How long do they usually last if a person stays on Induction with no slip-ups?

Re: Sticking Point
usually inbetween weeks either 2-4 or 4-6 will probably last for 2 weeks, do not stress!! its your body catching up with the pounds, if you do measurements, you'll notice it there!HW 303Aug '04 SW-287 LW-232Restart - Apr 07 - SW 266 CW 225
