The last few days I haven't been hungry. I haven't been eating breakfast and not even having my first bite untill lunch. Just wondering if this will hurt my weight loss. I know I should eat when I hungry but should I eat when I'm not hungry? HELP

yes it will affect you.
You need to eat breakfast to start your metabolism off, it doesnt hafta be a huge thing, just something to start you off.

I find using Fitday helps me to keep track of everything, whether it be calories, carbs, basal metabolism - it's great!
As for your breakfast dilemna, eat what you love for breakfast. If I tried to limit myself to the usual breakfast foods, I would probably have the same trouble as you. You need to eat shortly after getting up to get that metabolism running. You wouldn't try to drive your car without fuel, would'ja?
If you truly find yourself unable to choke down anything in the morning, try eating something lite. It doesn't have to be anything big. How about a mozzarella stick, some cream cheese or a scrambled egg?

You need to eat to keep your metabolism fired up! Two ways to fire up your metabolism.......eat and exercise! Try eating 6 small meals a day.Bren

It's cool you don't feel hungry. It happens and it is something to marvel at. I used to be ALWAYS hungry. BUT, a big thing about the yoyo dieting is that your body get hip to your games, and it knows when you stop feeding it. And then it says, Oh, no. You're not fooling me...I will stop burning these fat calories because you are trying to starve me again and I might need this fat to survive. So, get that fat burner started every morning with something...

Nope, it shouldn't. Just get back on plan as soon as you can. That is the trick, sometimes life throws us a curve and we mess up (or something). As long as we can dust off and begin again we are fine. One day won't ruin a whole way of eating (WOE). Better to fast a day then binge a day, right? Look on the bright side whenever you can.
