Hello everyone
I'm on extended induction for sometime now, and my weightloss (if any) is too slow. Last week, for example, I did not lose a single kilo, the week before I lost one (but it took me two weeks to see the scale moving), and so on.
I pay attention to what I eat and exercise everyday.
So, my question is whether it could be that single cup of black coffee I'm having every morning that may have stalled my weightloss. It never makes me crave things nor has any other effects on me. I just drink it first thing to wake up.
When I did the first two weeks of induction this time round, I did not cut on that. I only lost one kilo per week and that's how it goes from then on.
Does anyone have a straight answer about coffee consumption? Can it stall weghtloss just in itself? (Without creating cravings etc.?)
I haven't had it for two days now, and I feel very sleepy.
Thanks for your attention
Zoe
PS I'm 1.71 and 66 kilos.
