Diet Rite -- how much does it count???

Please, someone clear this up for me. I am confused. I've read on the board that 1 can of diet rite is = 1 Splenda, then I read that 1 can diet rite = 6 Splenda.

1. how much is Diet Rite???

2. How many can we drink per day?

2. what is the daily total allowed of Splenda??


I had 1 Diet Rite yesterday and drank lots of water. Today, I've been stressed & have had 2 Diet Rite and drank lots of water.

depends on who you ask, but someone here emailed diet rite and they said it was the equivalent to 3 servings of splenda. so from that i would say one a day, personally i think its a waste of good splenda allowance so i dont touch it!
