Just thought I would share with everyone that today is my 21st week on Atkins and I have lost a total of 56.5 pounds. I started at 314.5, have went down 2 pant sizes and have a ton of energy. Tomorrow I am running in my second race of the summer. It's only a 5K but considering I used to get winded climbing the stairs, this is a huge accomplishment for me.
For those of you that are struggling, believe me, if you stick with it, you will lose! Now I need to work on kicking my Diet Dew habit and I will be a completely changed person!
