super flax meal?

Is it the same as flax meal? It says 7g for the carb count and fiber as 2.5. I noticed in the cookie recipe it says 2 carbs for 2tab. Did I buy the wrong stuff?

What are the ingredients?

The carb count seems a tad high to me as plain ground flax/flax meal has almost as much fibre as total carbs, so should be lower in net carbs than that.

Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, Rice Bran, Inulin, Sage, Rosemary, Tuna Oil, Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin E Acetate, Asorbic Acid, Tricalcium Phosphate, Zinc Oxide, Niacinamide, Vitamin B 12, Pyridoxine HCl, Vitamin D 3, Riboflavin, Folic Acid

So it would not be an induction-legal food due to the rice bran.

The ingrediants are whole ground flax seed meal,rice bran,inulin,sage,rosemary,tuna oil,magnesium oxide,vitamin E acetate,ascorbic acid,tricalcium phosphate,zinc oxide,niacinamide,vit. B12,pyridoxineHCL,vit D3, riboflavin,folic acid. It does say enriched flax seed powder,is that different than what I should have? UUgh I wanted a cookie today LOL!

This is the Flax Meal most people get...it's "Bob's Red Mill" brand. I find it at Whole Foods, Publix, and Kroger.

Thanks so much i think i will check wegmans tomorrow as we don't have the groceries stores you listed in the area! If not i will order it. I am so excited, never tried it before! I need a cookie, going 2 bed and dream about cookies till i can make one!
