OK, So a heap of people eat the mock danish which has 3.9g if carbs...
thats cool.
HOWEVER everyone slags off the atkins 2g carbs bars constantly saying they cause stalls (not saying they dont, they definately made me stall)
now.... neither is ideal... but which is worse?
Wouldnt it be better to eat the 2carb bar because its lower? Or is it about the sugar alcohol v's other carbs...
is it better to ingest more carbs in the danish as they're BETTER carbs?
