Really, it's what to look forward to and so, if you're not really moving with the weight loss thing and you've been doing induction for a while, do this, take how many pounds you want to lose and multiply that by 10% or even 15%. What number do you get? Have you already lost that much or even surpassed that? If so, PLEASE, go to OWL. This is the farthest I've ever gone on Atkins and I can honestly say that I am satisfied. SATISFIED and dieting? yeah, that's OWL folks. My losses continued and picked up since I began owl. Give it a few minutes thought and see if maybe YOU want to get on with it.
