Hi all I have another question (would ya believe it!) I am still doing induction and at the end of my second two week phase. My weight flunctuated so much during the first two week phase,,up and down (I am not cheating) that I currently weigh the same as I did at the end of the first two week phase. I ingest between 1000-1400 calories a day stay at or below 20 carbs. My start weight was 211 and I currently am (still) 202 with the scale still acting flaky (or is it me?) percentages of fat carbs and protein are around what I heard we should be eating 65-5-30. not exercising at all.....mmmmm....Help!!!!!!
