  • Finally!!

    Hey every1...just wanted to stop in and let u know that I finally started losing again!! after being stuck at 190 for over 3 weeks( well last week I relized that it was the few half pieces of gum I had) ASPERTAME!! I am suck an idiot...3 weeks of stalling wasnt worth fresh breath lol...I've learned to carry my toothpaste around with me!! Well none the less I stuck with it and 3 days ago I started losing again and I've lost 4 lbs since then!! I'm glad to be back on track again I was getting very depressed ...I think I'm getting obsessed with this weight losss!! I just keep thinkin by xmas I should be able to wear a nice tight dress and feel good!! Anyway thanks for all ur support this board is full of great ppl...

    Congrats on finding that out.....tried like all heck to find a chewing gum substitute but to no avail....just carry mouthwask around now...have started rung one of OWL today and hoping that weight loss will continue (although I have not given up the coffee yet (but careful with the sweetner and cream).             Well done ! i see these pauses as a sort of test and its always a challenge to find and solve the problem . Its great to see people hanging in there, perservering and believing in Atkins. I have had many pauses and i understand how frustrating it can be . Sometimes something in my diet caused it but more often than not it was just my body taking TIME OUT! Keep up the good work!
