    I did not start with a body measurement, but I would like to do one today to help me maybe when the scale is not moving as quickly as I wish. Does anyone know where I can get one on line that I can print off and use rather than having to draw one. My artistic ability is limited, and although I have not cheated I am feeling a "fat" day.......where's my water jug???? ensive

    All I do is write down my measurements in a notebook. For example:

    Jan 15, 2005
    chest=36 inches
    waist= 37.5 inches
    hips= 32 inches
    thigh = 18 inches

    Some folks use graph paper and plot them too. But I don't because I just keep a diary of my measurements.

    Some folks use mybodycomp.com to keep track of their measurements too.

    I hope this helps you.

      I am one to use to Mybodycomp. I don't totally rely on the science behind the BF% it tells me, but it is handy to track inches lost over a period of time.
