Yee Har, weighed in this morning and I have lost another 5 lbs and 12 inches all over! Thats a total of 19lbs in 3 weeks, and I'm stoked. Still away's to go to my first goal, but the gaps closing and I'm actually doing it!!!

I'm also getting into walking - something I have always disliked - and beginning to quite enjoy it. Woo Hoo!!!

Well I wanted to celebrate so I came to to hoot and holler Hope everyones having a great day, cause I sure am

Great Job, flkiwi!!! Any chance we could talk you into moving into the Ongoing Weight Loss phase. To start, all you do is add more veggies.
