    Question about cough drops?

ok, I just started this new job where I Am constantly talking on the phone, but my voice is getting bad and I dont want to lose it. Drinking water all day is allowed but it doesnt help all that much, I was wondering what I could have? I need some suggestions!

check labels for ingredients and choose one with no sugar in it.
They do make them for diabetics I am sure, so that might be what to look for.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

But try to stick to the 3 servings of sweetener rule. The one time I had to use them I broke the lozenges into bits so I could have a small lump when needed and make the three of them last out over the day.
